With an energy borrowed from Ibrahim Maalouf, the guitars of George Benson and the voluptuousness of Sade, this project plunges us into a meditative bubble.

Born in Poitiers, Colt Wiseman grew up in a family passionate about music. He started playing the saxophone at the age of 8 and quickly developed a passion for classical and jazz.

Forgetting music theory out of a thirst for freedom, he wrote his first compositions in high school. His style ? Smooth jazz & world fusion. A universe that speaks from here and elsewhere.

Versatile on various styles ranging from smooth jazz, fusion, soft rock to world, Colt plays with guitars and saxophones & clarinet to distill his compositions & improvisations.
Colt is particularly fond of the great French authors & poets as well as the cinema of the past century. In some clips below, you will be able to find voices of actors or mythical poets of our history.

Colt worked as a singer, guitarist, bassist, saxophonist and percussionist in 10 bands of various styles before devoting himself to a jazz soloist format. Composer and performer, Colt accompanied for several years by improvising the improvisation theater troupe les Cakes de l'espace during their shows.
Colt is currently part of the band Violence Mortuaire (progressive Metal) & Sine Bohm (post rock).

Colt a travaillé en tant que chanteur, guitariste, bassiste, saxophoniste et percussionniste dans 10 groupes de styles divers avant de se consacrer à un format soliste jazz. Compositeur et interprète, Colt a accompagné durant plusieurs années en improvisant la troupe de théâtre d’improvisation les Cakes de l’espace durant leurs spectacles.
